After months of hard work and determination we finally got it off the ground. Welcome to the new Step It Up!

Step It Up is your one stop solution for all your fitness needs. While our program centers around basketball training, we also provide other fitness programs designed to advance the fitness skills and endurance of each individual client. We offer private and group training sessions to help you get your competitive edge back while enduring a fun workout session. There is something for everybody. From our SIU Academy to our Weekend Warriors, there are sessions and training available to fit everybody’s time constraints.

Our staff is made up of trained, knowledgeable professionals with vast experience who are ready to motivate you towards your goals. Each trainer brings something new to the court always keeping you excited and thirsty for more. With Step It Up, everything is personalized from training to nutrition.
