Q) What does Step It Up mean to you?

A) Step It Up is an amazing training program that helps me constantly improve both my mental and physical basketball skills. I greatly enjoy step it up not only because of the training methods and theories but also the relationships that I produce with the trainers on and off the court.

Q) What have you learned, on the court? As well as off the court?

A) I have learned the necessary basketball skills to thrive on the court, as well as, the necessary basketball behavior such as teamwork, work ethic, and many more. This basketball behavior not only helps me thrive on the court but also off the court as I endure life’s struggles and challenges.

Q) Has Step It up helped you improve your speed, quickness, mental strength and court vision?

A) Step It up has definitely helped me take my game to the next level and has helped me with my speed, quickness, mental strength, and court vision.

Plyometric exercises are specialized high intensity training techniques used to develop athletic power. With a focus on plyometric training, you will be able to jump higher, run faster and throw further!
