All food is Glatt Kosher and prepared on site by our in house caterer. We are also able to provide special meal options for any athletes that have dietary restrictions.

About Our Camp:
From the moment your child steps into camp, he is treated like a serious athlete. We cater to the aspiring basketball player at every stage in the game and every level of physical fitness. Our camp is designed to enhance basketball skills, encourage teamwork and sportsmanship, and inspire confidence in every aspect of our players’ lives.
How We Do It:
By gathering the highest qualified trainers and skill development coaches using state of the art equipment and developing both the mental and physical aspects of the game, we are able to enhance our players skills both on and off the court.
Our programs are customized for each individual player to enhance growth and achieve success.
Step It Up coaches are experts in their areas of focus. We have compiled a roster of over 30 current and former college and professional players, coaches, and sports specialists. We understand that an athlete’s success is attributed to more than just their performance on the court. We strive to encourage mental strength, persistence, and determination among all of our athletes. Each athlete will be challenged to define their goals, while continuously being encouraged and supported throughout the program.
Additionally, all of our coaches and counselors are continually background checked to ensure that your child is not only coached by the best in the industry, but is also in a safe environment while away from home.
2014 Daily Schedule:
- 8:00 am - Wake Up
- 8:45 am - Breakfast
- 9:45 am - Mechanics and Form Shooting
- 10:00 am - Ball Handling/Passing
- 10:40 am - Position Specific Skill Development
- 11:10 am - Team Practice
- 11:50 am - Footwork and Court Positioning
- 12:20 pm - Speed & Agility/Strength Training
- 1:00 pm - Lunch
- 2:00 pm - Afternoon Electives
- 4:00 pm - League Games/Group Skill Development
- 8:00 pm - Dinner
- 9:30 pm - Evening Activity
- 10:30 pm - Room Check
- 11:00 pm - Lights Out
In the midst of our intense training, we can’t miss out on the stunning and memorable opportunities surrounding us, so we’ll be sure to take time to rejuvenate ourselves on several one-day excursions, doing everything from ziplining along treetops to feeling the power of Niagara Falls up close.
Ages: Middle School: Grades 4-8 High School: Grades 9-12 College: Freshman – Seniors
*Athletes will be split up by grade and skill level.
