Will my child need spending money at camp?

For your camper’s safety, we do not recommend that you send your son to camp with a wallet full of money. But, we do have Step It Up Bucks. We recommend $50-$100 per week in total. Step It Up Bucks can be used in our Canteen to purchase drinks and snacks for his room, or even deodorant, soap and shampoo if he runs out. We also have a Camp Store which is stocked with Step It Up merchandise including: jerseys, t-shirts, shorts, sweatpants, basketballs, tank tops, slides, bags and more.

Campers can also use this money on field trips.
